In every organization, the culture, mores and ethics are set by the head honcho — that was HRC in this case. These “party” pics are pretty bad, especially because they were taken in Afghanistan. I can’t imagine the locals looked very favorably on this behavior.
Remind me again how boorish Trump was in his private speech. Rather pales in comparison to what was going on in Clinton’s own State Department. This behavior actually does look like something she would do in all the photos we’ve seen of her guzzling booze.
