The spirit world operates in a bizarre manner to our way of understanding in the physical and in the flesh, things do as you say manifest for signs to those that are spiritually awake and watching,

It’s $50-75 for a bottle, except on Jet.com, where it’s $12.95, which means it’s the Clinton Foundation version. Watered down and useless.
