Trump should do it all in a level voice. Let Hillary start to shrill away. It will used up her meds faster and she may vaporlock during the debate. Trump shouldn't interrupt unless it's his time to speak. Trump should tell Hillary to be quiet if she interrupts him. All in a level voice.
The two leftist skanks will ask trick or irrelevant questions. Trump should point those out and then ask his own meaningful question and answer it.
If the moderators whine Trump is not answering their (loaded) questions, Trump shouold respond that he is also not going to change their diapers... or whatever.
Could Comey maybe pull an arrest of Trump for some bogus rape charge? If it was desired to do that, they have any number of judges that would sign off on it.
