Benghazi seems to be like "Ron Brown's airplane" where in this case, ALL 40 staffers were sentenced to a pre-arranged death by Clinton Podesta and co-conspirators.

That fits the facts like a glove.

• Numerous requests for added security denied.
• Security scaled back from inadequate to less than inadequate.
• Protocols for at-risk facilities by-passed.
• F.E.S.T cut out of loop by WH.
• Rescue force in Tripoli ordered to stand down.
• Gen. Ham never receives 'go' order for forces ready to go at Sigonella, Aviano, Germany, Croatia and other bases with in-extremis forces.
• Standard Marine guard for diplomatic missions replaced by poorly funded British contractor and local Feb. 17th Martyrs Brigade with Al-Qaeda ties.

Some one set them up. 0bama and Hillary are the only two people in the world in control of the above factors. Not SecDef Panetta, not any subordinates, not anyone but those two. 0bama and Hillary set them up.
