Only if you shipping overnight and then not always. I probably purchase for home and business 20 packages a week and there is always time in most cases to cancel. When you purchase a book you also have the option to pick the slow shipment route, which then takes days before it’s shipped.
I find it funny: the MSM is always telling us that cosmopolitan, college-educated, and successful people are Hillary’s base. And that Trump’s are disenfranchised, high-school graduating losers. And yet books by conservatives always sell far more than those by liberals—even those liberals running for President. And I’ve yet to hear about big advances going to conservative authors, while well-connected liberals get them as a matter of course only to turn out flop after flop.
Yes, every word is true when read through all the smoke and mirrors...
How does one find out how many copies of the book has sold in comparison to books about Trump?

If you were charged and it is coming from an Amazon facility it shipped(transfered to the shipping entity). The shipper then picks the appropriate transpo method to meet the delivery date. Overwhelmingly items are on a truck within an hour.
I watched google systematically and deliberately “disappear” over half a million hits on image searches for ‘obama birth certificate’ in mid-July 2007.
I don’t use google to this day.

When Amazon erased unfavorable reviews of Hillary’s book, did they use the secure erase tool recommended by Hillary, Bleach Bit?
And Jean Raspail’s `The Camp of the Saints’ remains `Unavailable for purchase’ on Kindle.

I had the best belly laugh in years from these reviews. It’s a shame they took them down, there was comedy gold in there.

But Leslie Nielsen had a hit move w/ that title.....so that went nowhere.
