They video confirms the police knowledge that he had a gun, and her words confirm she thought he was going to do something bad. This video detracts from her case. I'm surprised her lawyer let this out. Of course, she might be so stupid that the thought a $35,000 payout was worth it.Charlotte police will never settle now.

IMHO the video is a slam dunk for the police.They must have screamed “drop the gun” 5 or 6 times. And the wife telling him “don’t do it” tells me she saw the gun in his hand.
