I noticed this myself. They moved in to protect her from being seen by the crowd. Thank goodness that someone filmed the whole thing.

If anyone needs any verification as to how apparent Mrs. Clinton's disabilities were, watch the reaction from the two white-shirted senior New York Police Department officers, the ones off to the left with the gold braid on their hats. They rushed in to help Mrs. Clinton, but the Secret Service agents know from their personal experience with her that they do not need to. The reaction of the NYPD officers is that of senior professionals seeing what they believe may be a life-threatening situation. The lack of reaction from the Secret Service agents is "the dog that did not bark."
True. But if the Secret Service doesn't think this was a life-threatening situation, doesn't that help Hillary? She may be lying. It may be chronic. But if it's not "serious" for the Secret Service, isn't that to her advantage?
