I swear the Seattlunatics get up each day, read the San Fagcisco Chronicle to see what idiotic thing they’ve done next, and plot to out-do them.

Easy solution.
End their season then and there. They officially lose.

And all the fans should get up and walk out.

Patriots should boycott the NFL like people are boycotting Target.

I bet the sitters’ fantasy football ownership rankings per ESPN go down relative to their points production just because people won’t want them on their teams.
Cam Newton is my QB, so I am set. Changing my team name to #bucketofdeplorables.

True many people appear to care more about their football team than their country. Really sad.

The NFL. And my beloved Packers are dead to me. Part of the liberal goal to feminized this country.

Only in the bass ackward world of political correctness could a washed-up athlete get national attention for doing things that he is destined to do for the rest of his career: 1. Sit the pine 2. Kneel to run out the clock

The fans should stand and turn their backs on them when they enter the field.
Then leave.

That’s my question, per the media aspect. Does the controversy and extra media exposure make NFL ratings go up or down this season? They will only do something if a noticeable % of their huge number of casual fans actually care enough about this issue to stop watching.

Before then actually, at least before Roosevelt got into the White House. In 1894 professors Woodrow Wilson of Princeton and Burt Wilder of Cornell formally debated the topic Ought the Game of Foot Ball to Be Encouraged?" Wilder's answer was "NO!"
In 1898 the Brown Conference Committee Report sought to prevent college athletics from interfering with the mental and moral training of the students.
