Smashed with a hammer? In the old days (before the FBI went corrupt and political) that would be called ‘destroying evidence’... or even obstruction of justice.
Not to be to picky but I say granny “C”, not clinon, as in Granny Classified.

Among the many dodgy things about all this:
1) Wouldn’t you think the FBI would have persisted until they knew what happened to ALL the old Blackberries — not just 2 allegedly smashed ones? Some specific person ended up with each one. Did they bother to ask?
2) The notion that all the 11 unhammered devices were simply “lost” is contradicted by the story line of her frequently replacing new units with older models. The FBI didn’t notice that? (I’ll admit that this detail does corroborate the FBI’s storyline that Hillary is dim-witted.)
3) Did Hillary/staff report the loss of communications devices used for national security to anyone at the time? The intel community needs to know when a compromise like that occurs. Failure to report would be a major transgression, and an indication of dangerously poor judgment.
4) I have never set up a Blackberry, but if simply going from one device to another model, wouldn’t you just swap the “used” sim chip into the device you want to end up with, before using the “new” one? Why generate multiple sim chips with secret data on them?
If your cellphone quit working, and you got a new one, they would take your SIM card and put it into your new phone. Correct ?
Remember, first they claimed they lost 13 phones/devices. If you lose them, how can you remove and dispose of the SIM card in them ?
If you lose them, how can you smash the phones with a hammer and return them ?
I knew as a mosquito wing private in the Army about security and destruction of government property and the harsh penalties upon me for any infraction. EVERYBODY knows high crimes were perpetrated by Clinton and her minions. The question is will the rule of law survive the damage done. I used to have respect for the FBI. They are now just another corrupt governmental entity. For this retarded electorate to want to elect Clinton is pure insanity.

I read an article about a laptop of hers being lost in the mail. Seriously.
Therein lies the crux of the SIM issue.
