Why yes, that is a smirk on my face. We get to see some of the luxury motor coaches that make the arduous journey to the brutal conditions at the playa. I've been wondering how long the "true burners"(new age hippies) would indulge this influx of the uber rich and famous. I understand katy perry was there and paris hilton and probably many other celebs as well. Yeah, a little primitive camping out in the desert does a body good. Now, for you commoners, go take a bath.

A band of hooligans raided our camp, stole from us, pulled and sliced all of our electrical lines leaving us with no refrigeration and wasting our food, and glued our trailer doors shut.

Next year ‘burning man’ will be restricted to wealthy white liberal elites (of the million bucks a year types) AND the young and beautiful of the common man - for the liberal elites to exploit, use and discard.

No young men without massive amounts of money will be allowed... Two years later the festival will die a deserving death.

I liked the Malcolm in the Middle episode where they go to burning man. It captured a whole lot of stupidity perfectly.

It reminds me of the Eagles song, The Last Resort, particularly the last line; "Call some place paradise, kiss it goodbye.".

The festival plays out each year in Nevada's Black Rock Desert where 70,000 people build a city in a week, burn a giant wooden effigy of a man, and then restore the arid playa to its original state.

This year's theme: "Don't hate the game, hate the playa."
