I'm Canadian living in the Maritimes. A Conservative surrounded by a sea of Liberals and New Democrats. Being a negative nellie is second nature.

Hemp is merely what they call strains of cannabis with very low potency, it’s not a separate species or anything. If you wanted to, you could selectively breed potent marijuana back from hemp if you had enough time and dedication.
Maybe the media should read it.
