B.S....I am experienced enough with the mechanics connected with the canning process (in a brewery) that it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE for a cockroach to have been in your drink....the odds and between zero and zero.

Sorry, you are wrong...

Having actually been in the soft drink business for 25 years (screen name) as general manager of three different operations, it was one of my jobs to visit customers that claimed foreign objects or issues with quality of our drinks...

It is very possible to have a foreign object wind up in a can...

The canning/bottling process isn't perfect...99.9 % of the time it works...

My main job calling on them was to retrieve the can or bottle so the evidence was no longer in their possession for legal reasons...We took this very seriously as it was potentially a very expensive issue.

I can say 95 % of the time it was people who either where mentally ill or just wanted attention...

The 5 % had actually real issues...which the vast majority were not looking for a pay day, just wanted to let us know we had a problem...

Yes, the payoff was generally a free case of soft drinks which most people were glad to get...

What’s the confusion you speak of? Is this overly complex for you?
