Noticed something similar, yesterday.
Visiting DD...and a Trump bashing illary commercial came on (during Olympics). I asked if they were playing those commercials non-stop (DD has been obsessed with Olympics...and is a Trump supporting millennial). She said, what? Oh, I have no idea.
In other words....the ad(s) are being completely tuned out, by a group I’ve been a bit concerned about.
Many folks are tuning out illary’s ads and stopping everything to listen to Trump :)

And a piece of speculation struck me. Many people have been critical of this choice of song. I bet he knows that the song is a bit "mixed," you can get what you need - and he is about getting much more than that. I expect that sometime later in the campaign, the theme song is changed, and people will really notice that.
