I’m no techie but I don’t think anyone who wants to be untraceable, undetected would communicate with Wikileaks from home or work, even with TOR etc. They would use a connection that had no possible trace back to them, I’d guess. Especially for stuff like this where they would want to be invisible to the NSA, etc.
