The State Dept and the FBI can't seem to locate 30,000 highly sensitive emails for which they are legally responsible and yet everybody knows that Guccifer, the Russians, and most likely the Saudis have all of these emails.

Ryan plans to repeatedly pump himself up as a contrast to “crazy Donald” for the duration of the Trump Administration, maybe to challenge President Trump in the 2020 primaries. Like Cruz before his snarky flame-out. These guys are all self-interested.
