I bet his investigation team is in Kenya. I am going to guess that the investigation is complete and gets a clean bill of health as John Koskinen wants to see retirement and not be 6' under.

On a very simplistic level (of which 90% of voters are on), this IRS investigation of Clinton, helps Trump. I was concerned when Manifort said today that Trump wouldn’t be releasing his tax returns, but the new Clinton announcement totally neutralizes any argument. It’s a negative on the Clintons and a neutral for Trump.
