Absolutely! We need to do something but the answer is far beyond me. All I can do is spread the word every chance I get and vote. I am 77 and do not get around much anymore.

Could you post the info? I am extremely rushed today to look stuff up. What’s the difference between “decree” and “law” I wonder.

To me, Trump is our only hope. He is the only one who is not bought and paid for, has principles which guide his actions and not tainted by lust for power or money, and he has strong regard for the military and vets, he has shown this for decades. He was taught military history in academy. Telling you the truth, I can’t believe what’s happening. I’ve never in all my years of watching politics (since I was about 15 years old) seen a candidate like him.

And funny thing, I don’t have TV, never watched him, never read a book by him, totally uninterested in celebrities, high fashion/high life style, etc. I have zero interest in any of it. I do remember when Trump pushed 0bola about no birth certificate and 0bola was obliged to produce the forgery two weeks later. I thought Trump might run that year but he didn’t.

The time is now ripe - not a minute too soon - for cleanout of the sewer/whorehouse known as Washington D.C. by a happy warrior.

I’m hoping that active duty military and any veterans too, who have experienced or known about problems getting ballots in time, or getting their votes counted, could put their stories here.

Better to get the light shining on this dire problem NOW before the election, rather than have yet another election with military votes “disappeared”, delivered too late or not at all, or in any other way, not counted. And then have to try to fix it after the election.

This is election is so vital and every single vote counts, and as MagUSRET said - especially miltary servicemembers’ votes.

Agree 100%.

This is one of a few issues that calls for swift investigation to identify the responsible parties, a quick trial and a public hanging.

Democrats do the dirty work with voting fraud and theft, and Republicans look the other way.

Bumping, hoping that military servicemembers active and retired will see this and chime in, maybe with their own experiences or knowledge.

I think everyone’s attention has been on the convention. Mine has but also on Turkey going full Jihad-tard.

I hope more military active and retired post their view and experiences. Are there any other mil ping lists?

I did a quick search for articles verifying that military votes often are not counted. I’m hoping that more active and retired military will post their experiences or knowledge about this. Snips of just a few of the many articles I found.

GOP lawmakers say ‘thousands’ of military votes will not be counted
By Eric Katz November 6, 2012

Several Republican lawmakers have voiced concern about the system members of the military use to vote, claiming the slow mail process will cause thousands of ballots to not be counted.

Sens. John Cornyn, R-Texas, Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., John McCain, R-Ariz., Rob Portman, R-Ohio, and Marco Rubio, R-Fla., sent a letter to Defense Department Secretary Leon Panetta on the eve of the election, saying military mail can take between 14 and 50 days to process and ballots will therefore arrive at their intended destinations well after the election.

Half of Overseas Ballots Not Counted

Stars and Stripes | By Leo Shane III | September 26, 2007

WASHINGTON — Overseas military voters had less than half of their votes counted in last year’s congressional elections, according to data released by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission on Monday.

“One thing is clear: At every level of government, we need to do a better job,” said Donetta Davidson, chair of the commission. “We must make sure all eligible voters are getting their opportunities.”

The figures, released at the commission’s annual conference on ways to improve and troubleshoot the absentee voting process, showed that only about 992,000 of the nearly 6 million eligible overseas citizens requested ballots for the 2006 general election.

That included about 119,000 military personnel stationed outside the United States. Of those, only about 57,000 — less than 48 percent — had their votes successfully cast or counted.

Some Military Votes May Not Be Counted

November 1, 20084:05 PM ET

Voting experts are expecting a huge wave of military absentee ballots this year. The 184,000 troops in Iraq and Afghanistan have a lot at stake in the vote to choose their next commander-in-chief.

The mechanics of military voting are better than they used to be. But “better” doesn’t always cut it for troops in war zones.

Teresa Purcell got a call from her husband nine days before Election Day. “You’re not going to believe this,” he said, “we’re not going to be allowed to vote for president of the United States because we’re not getting the ballots.”
Robert Purcell was calling from Afghanistan, where he’s serving with the New York National Guard.
He told his wife his troops got ballots, but that they were the wrong ones.
“He said, ‘They gave us the ballots for the local Puerto Rico election,’” Teresa recalls.
