The Mexican cartels abopted the Islamists tactics. How do you control a small village/town when you have very limited manpower? Find six to ten prominent locals and leave their severed heads around a fountain in the town square. They do that because IT WORKS and it only takes a death squad one night.

Likewise, we should expect black lives matter tactics to escalate in violence...all while Obama and the media decry “....this isn’t black lives matter!”
