I think that belief mostly applies to the lower-level useful idiots.

I would agree with that. I have little doubt that the family of this new resident of hell conspired along with him in some way. And although I’m for due process, additional methods need to be used in war, and this is a war. Deport the family, close down the mosque he attended, and find out anyone else he had contact with.

Maybe both of your hypotheses are true. If she was supposed to get out of Dodge, she wouldn’t have hung around sending text messages to him and vice versa. Where did they all think the wife would live?
