My first thought upon seeing “CVE” was the WWII escort carriers.
...have the president shame you in front of the world!
If I understand this correctly, I think I just read that Obama and the Justice Dept has banned the FBI from investigating muslims under this CVE program, that the GOP knows that, and that GOP is going to fund it anyway, if it hasn’t already.
It’s a bombshell, and it ought to get the siren treatment on Drudge.
This is news. Probably breaking news.
The background check system is faulty.
A known crazy shouldn’t be able to buy a gun.
A wife-beater shouldn’t be able to buy a gun.
I’m pretty sure the divorce legal records would indicate he was a nut case and a wife-beater.
The FBI should have known he was nuts. His co-workers and ex-wife did.
The background check system he utilized failed and badly.
Can we have some accountability with respect to the FBI and background check system please.
This means there will be more mass shootings and Muzlums cannot be stopped from getting firearms, period. Why are there only 5 posts?
With or without due process of law?
I just listened to Limbaugh expound on the Bloomberg poll as if it were authoritative. It is already outdated, and today’s poll has Trump behind Clinton by only 5, which is probably within the margin of error. The Bloomberg poll is an outlier. Limbaugh acted as if it were the determinate poll.
Great show today -he’s telling it like it is about bammy and Islam.
“A wife-beater shouldnt be able to buy a gun.
Im pretty sure the divorce legal records would indicate he was a nut case and a wife-beater.”
Half the women in America who file for divorce alleged domestic violence, just to get a better settlement. You better think real carefully about that before you demand divorce record allegations be used to strip people of constitutionally-protected rights.
“Early reports had erroneously stated that Malik had openly expressed jihadist beliefs on social media, leading to calls for U.S. immigration officials to routinely review social media as part of background checks, which is not part of the current procedure.[43] Comey subsequently clarified that the remarks were ‘direct private message’ that were not publicly accessible and that ‘So far, in this investigation, we have found no evidence of posting on social media.’”
However:
“Comey said that the FBI’s investigation had revealed that Farook and Malik were ‘consuming poison on the Internet’ and both had become radicalized ‘before they started courting or dating each other online’”

“due process”
He should have been able to appeal, but such appeals should be denied.
crazy? - no gun
wife beater? - no gun
I don’t think any Supreme Court justice ever would have ruled to the contrary.
Rush seems to be stealing all this from Philip Haney’s new book without giving him any credit. Typical Rush.
“See something, say nothing” is the book.
“Half the women in America who file for divorce alleged domestic violence, just to get a better settlement.”
Bearing false witness is a big sin.
Such women should be wearing either orange or stripes.
Maybe divorce settlements shouldn’t be testimony dependent.
If you have been adjudicated mentally incompetent in a court of law, where you have the right to a lawyer and appeal, then it is already the law that you cannot buy a firearm and will be on the NICS list.
wife beater? - no gun
If you have been convicted of a felony it is already the law that you cannot buy a firearm and will be on the NICS list.
Appealed what and denied appeal on what basis?

Janet Nepolitano used to call it man made disasters. International contingency operation didn’t stick either. Now it’s CVE
This is elaborately stupid.
A known crazy shouldnt be able to buy a gun.
A wife-beater shouldnt be able to buy a gun.
Im pretty sure the divorce legal records would indicate he was a nut case and a wife-beater.
What makes you think he was crazy? Instead, maybe he was just fundamentally Islamic.
