Who said anything about innocent civilians(although in war sometimes one must deliberately terrorize a population to get the enemy to relent, as in WWII), in Islam especially they are all military support staff, not to mention Trump was referring to families who knew and didn’t stop it, helped, etc.

I agree. He was using the San Bernadino attackers and situation as the example. The show host had asked why that family, who’d seen bombs/paraphernalia, weren’t held responsible or facing charges. That’s when he said the ‘You have a right to remain silent....’.
I found that shocking.
The first report I read of the shooting included comments of a witness who claimed there were two shooters, one inside the club and one in a car. Nothing else has mentioned another shooter since that initial artticle.
Does anyone here know...how the shooter got to the club that night? Did he drive himself or did someone drop him off? Do authorities have his car? Where did they get it?
Seriously, he’s whacked. If he’s referring to the fact that misprision of a felony is a controversial and rarely used charge, he’s overlooking accessory, and I’m sure new terrorism laws at least one unique charge under which she is guilty.

It wouldn’t be conspiracy if she didn’t want it to happen, tried to dissuade him, etc. Conspiracy means she intended it also. But accessory means she facilitated it and was aware of it without doing anything to successfully stop it, even if she didn’t really want it to happen. Misprision merely means she knew and didn’t alert authorities, not necessarily assisting him. But she did assist him by driving him to case the place. Accessory at least.
I want more info on the father.
1.The shooter’s ex said his father made comments about her husband’s sexuality.
2. Ex wife and friends claim shooter was gay.
3. An imam in Orlando says killing gays is an act of compassion. Reward for killing them?
4. Father of shooter reportedly was with shooter the day before the shooting. What did they do/discuss?
What did the father know or suspect? Could the shooter have seen this as a way to appease allah and his father?
