Hillary won’t be off the hook until Comey has a presser and states there was no crime or mishandling if data by Hillary or her staff. But with Obama’s endorsement even this may not be believed.

Classified material does not have to be marked classified for it to be classified. As a technical editor with a Top Secret security clearance I was often handed Top Secret material generated by engineers and scientists that was unmarked (one of my jobs was to mark it), but of which I was well aware of its classified nature. Even if what Clinton said was true in every case(that material was unmarked), which I don’t believe for a moment, it was absolutely no excuse for mishandling it.
