Set aside the money laundering through the Clinton Crime Family Slush Fund, set aside the RICO nature of the Clintons' activities, set aside the classification, over-classification, or "above classified" ratings of some of her emails, and set aside who may have seen those records or had access to those records - and debate those issues all you want. All of that could be a side-show that could go on forever.

Simply put, she clearly and self-admittedly ("Sorry about that.") violated the Public Records Act of 1950 when she failed "to take care of" public records, regardless of her intent, her motive, or her reasons - it doesn't matter. She intentionally kept many public records outside of the official means and methods to maintain those official public records - plain and simple.

Besides criminal penalties, she is also prevented, if convicted of violating the Public Records Act of 1950, from ever holding public office.

The perfect is the enemy of the very simple - perhaps Comey wants to 'kill the queen' and throw it all at her at once.

All I care about is that she has her security clearance lifted and prevented from holding office. Forget about orange jumpsuits, although that would be great, but just get her off the public stage. They could always file follow-on charges once this first one is addressed.

Lest we not forget, the deleting of 50,000 emails, once this “inquiry” started. That’s a lot of obstruction and destruction of evidence. “Like....with a cloth?”

So is it an "inquiry" or is it an "investigation"? While Clinton might shy away from the word "investigation," it is truly a distinction without a difference. Inquiry is just another word for investigation.

It' a criminal investigation.

It's not an 'inquiry' it's not a 'credit check' it's not anything minor.

It's a criminal investigation. If the damn newspapers spend as much time checking out Hillary as they do checking out Trump, the would know this.. (Well, unless they WANTED to be lied to by democrats - like the Iran 'treaty'... etc... )

The FBI works for the president. End of inquiry.
