with 3.3 million collected and 1.66 million given to the families It sounds like the church took half and split the other half to the families of the victims.

I don’t think that’s an unfair disbursement of the funds. (Could’ve split it by 10 too but I think splitting it in half was the more responsible action)

This was the price for letting Barry exploit this tragedy to get rid of the Confederate flag.

" . . . godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."

Tearing down all CSA history in the nation was enough wasn’t it?

It’s an AME. I would expect nothing less.

Just as an aside, why isn’t Dylan Roof dead by now? The death penalty system is so slow and convoluted and crippled by liberals and RINOs. Why aren’t OJ Simpson and Charles Manson dead by now?

A decent funeral is $25,000 - .....Right there is another question. Why?
