What Trump should be saying is that he will eliminate loopholes and tax shelters that the rich have been taking advantage of. It's not that we are "raising taxes" on the rich but that we are taking away the ways that they have been able to evade. Trump himself took advantage of these loopholes so he knows this well. He just needs to explain it better.

IF you read the Trump tax plan, most Americans will see a tax decrease.
