That would never happen. There just aren't any qualified women in the pipeline to do what he wants to do, revamp the economy, and have a Washington-familiar VP. Carly has specifically made a mess economically and with job losses and offshoring.

He certainly did much better at the debate, but there’s really no excuse for the performance in the video I linked. That was a major current event at the time and for a person running for President not to be familiar with the situation was shocking.
What the two videos show is that Cain does well when he can prepare, and is absolutely abysmal when he hasn’t. The downside risk of Cain as a VP pick is too great.

Probably true... Certainly your video either demonstrated a lack of understanding or a lack of wanting to commit to a position. Question is the black vote, women vote, or hispanic vote would be the best to cater to. Wondering if TRUMP should decide based on if Hillary or Bernie wins and NOT before then.
