The first step in replacing Hillary on the ticket. No, not for crazy Bernie, but for either Joe or Fauxcahauntas. Now that Bernie is out of the way and Trump has it sealed up, the chess board will be shaken for a fresh start. Especially after seeing trump catch hill in the polls.

Have been reading alot about the Vince Foster investigation. Convinced that the FBI was in on the coverup. They need to make good on this scandal otherwise the corruption in DC will be cemented in fraudulent legacy of sewage stank.

Just got home, saw this and that was my first thought. Something every day now with the email/server/Clinton Foundation/Clinton Global Initiative crime syndicate.

I was thinking on the way home how BIG this whole thing is. I mean, I don't even think the country has digested how Big this is, the email/server thing, obstruction of justice, 16 Federal laws broken + the whole Clinton Foundation/Clinton Global Initiative Crime syndicate, quid pro quo, money laundering, shakedown scam. . And the Beltway doesn't even blink. . I keep repeating to myself, "This is so BIG in lots of ways, it's almost difficult to comprehend." . . and she's running for President!! (Banging head against the wall. . Thanks for listening. Saved me from screaming.)
Another thought, . Is she running so hard for President because at some level she knows winning the Presidency is the only way she avoids an orange jump suit? AHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I would think this has to do with destroying other types of files, not the files under subpoena but files created afterwards, and unrelated to the investigation (of course it is possible they are slipping some things through). The DNC and her campaign are private organizations and are entitled to destroy their own documents, redundant copies of information (such as in order prevent too many copies of campaign information, fundraising data, opposition research, private communications etc from floating around).
I hate the fact that these politicians play both sides of the fence though. They are private organizations, not public. They are entitled to Constitutional protections - many of which have been greatly eroded by invasive and abusive laws and regulations. But as they are private, they should not be receiving 1 penny in public funds. Taxpayers should not be paying for primaries or caucuses or campaigns. But we do. They behave like private citizens but expect to be treated like public institutions. It is just one more on a long list of things this country needs to fix.
Since they are receiving public funds, the information should never be totally destroyed and should be available under FOIA. I am not sure what the law states but that is the way it should be. Private = protected. Public = open to all. IMO of course.

It all depends on what was destroyed. I won’t go into that in detail now, because that is still a very open and unknown issue, and we just don’t know.
Were they subpenaed documents? Who knows now.. and the Plaintiffs are entitled to inguire, in depth.
The significant problem this creates for Hillary and the DNC, is that all the various Plaintiffs will now get a “hunting license” to inquire as to exactly was destroyed, take depos regarding that, and of course that will open a few more doors, yada. yada. yada.
This will keep discovery open for at least another 6 months, and in the media as well.
As Rumpole might say, “Questions will be asked, and the answers will naturally lead to more questions, My Lord...”
Either Hillary is corrupt as any person in American history or she’s as dumb as a brick. Democrats have to choose which is the logical choice.
