Thanks, Nikk. You are too late. They lied to me on the phone a lot this year, and I was stupid to keep calling. I needed to have EMAILED instead. Your advice is very good.
At this point they have nothing to offer us. Next year is middle school and there is no way my son could handle it. He can’t even handle his one classroom now. I’ve found this homeschool charter for next year that works kind of like college: you attend once a week and do the cool stuff like dissecting or whatever, then do the writing and other assignments at home over the week. So it’s like 2 full days of attending school a week and doing the rest of the work at home. And the classes are small! And multi grade which is a very natural scenario, older and younger kids together at the same level. (Say, 5-7th grade). I think he will enjoy school again.
This is a bide my time and keep my mouth shut meeting. Dreading it.
