So I guess we’re going to see a rise in death rates for testicular cancer when doctors have to pretend a guy is a gal and not notice what’s-a-danglin’ in front of him.

Crazy people forcing sane people to accept the insanity of other crazy people. The sane people must stop voting for the crazy people.

people in Hawaii have been denied coverage for things like mammograms or screenings for prostate cancer because of the gender on their driver’s license

If this means mentally ill men who think they are women are denied prostate cancer screening, that is a problem. They have a prostate and should be screened (even if they are taking testosterone blockers that reduce their risk). If this means women who have modified their cosmetic appearance are being denied screenings for cancer in an organ they do not have, all sensible people would approve of that denial.

Mammograms are trickier. A male friend of mine died of breast cancer because no one thought to check for that condition. Unfortunately, male breast cancer is much harder to spot with implants in the way, which would be the case for mentally ill men who think they are women and have had cosmetic surgery to reinforce their delusions.

“or limiting coverage based on a person’s

I can tell you from my professional experience that when an employer sends enrollment data to an insurance carrier, it contains information that includes age and gender.

That information is also linked to the insurer’s claim system. And for good reason.

Say a doctor’s office makes an honest mistake with a billing procedure code (CPT) (or is fraudulently padding bills or there is a case of a stolen SSN – identity theft), say a 14-year-old girl is billed for a prostate exam or a 14-year-old boy for a mammogram and a PAP smear, that will raise a red flag with the insurer and the claim will not be paid pending investigation, a correction in the billing code or a correction as to gender.

A while back we had an employee contact HR to inform us that his (obviously mentally ill) 15-year-old teenage daughter was “transgender”, was now “identifying as male” and submitted a name change for her - she had legally changed her given name from a female name to a male name.

But when the benefits manager put the change through that also included a change in gender in our HRIS system, as the HRIS manager who also deals with and solves errors with the EDI data exchanges to the insurance carriers, I rejected the change.

First of all, I asked the benefits manager if the girl had gone through and completed full gender reassignment surgery (sex change surgery) and she said no. I also asked if the girl had obtained a new BC. She said no. According to the benefits manager, all that happened was the girl had a legal change in name because she now “identified” as a male.

So I had to explain to her that if we put through the change in gender in our HRIS system, that would also pass over to the insurance company on the EDI file. And if that happened, since, despite how she now “identified”, she was still biologically female. So if she went to a GYN for either routine care or for a female problem, claims would most likely be rejected. The benefits manager and I contacted our medical insurance carrier and they agreed that her gender needed to stay female as to not cause claim issues.

Just because I say that my cat “identifies” as human, that doesn’t make my cat a human or allow me to claim it as a dependent on my tax return or add it to my medical insurance plan. If I “identify” as a cat, that doesn’t make me feline and I’m pretty sure it would be illegal for my cat’s veterinarian to treat me or give me rabies vaccines.

Now it will get as crazy as the UK, where an OBGYN was sued for not giving a transgender (crazy dude) a pap smear, despite the obvious - he doesn’t have a vagina or cervix.

Does it require mammograms for a so-called “transgendered woman” (actually a guy) who does not have breasts, or does it mean that for medical care they must return to reality of their actual sex rather than follow a make believe “gender” written on their driver’s license?

Don't try to make sense of insanity, it's a losing quest.

My guess is that the deviants want the doctors to recognize reality (their true sex) when their lives are at risk, but pretend along with their fantasy all other times. If that means that a "woman" hasn't had his junk removed gets a prostate exam, like any man, and a "man" who binds her mammaries can still get a mamogram, like any woman, then the doctor is supposed to play along, or lose his license.

There are always untenable complications when you try to mock, repudiate and then artificially mimic reality. Anther issue has recently come to light, where a homosexual man and his “marriage” partner sued the insurance company to cover medical costs for woman who was acting as the surrogate “oven” for their “child.” The woman was obviously NOT related by marriage, blood, or familial ties, so the fags were on the hook for her expenses, which they claimed was “unequal.”

Yes, the “equality” meme is showing how false it really is.

Does this mean insurance companies have to pay for prostate cancer screenings, and cervical cancer screenings, whether the patient has these body parts or not?
