Hey, Rush, what about your oft repeated theorem that polls are used to shape public opinion? Or does that go by the boards now, along with your integrity and reputation? How many times have you pulled that disavowal out to ward off negatives on your preferred ones?
I never painted him as a saint. But when he started carrying a bible and giving rallies using a televangelist voice - and boosting his southern accent a la Hillary - I must say I was turned off.

I watched your video. That lady gave me the creeps. She’s from another era, though. She might influence a few judgey church lady types. These people live in a bubble and don’t understand that the dirt they throw at Melania won’t stick and will turn voters away in the general election.
It was also the National Enquirer that broke the story Rush Limbaugh was a junkie drug addict on opiates. Prosecutors began investigating Limbaugh in 2003 after the National Enquirer reported his housekeeper’s allegations that he had abused OxyContin and other painkillers. He soon took a five-week leave. Rush was later arrested on drug charges.
So Rush better not take his problem with the Enquirer too far, they were correct about him. Maybe that has colored Rush’s sense of what is a tabloid and what is a GOPe politician with a wife who wants to be Hillary 2. Ted-Heidi look more and more like Bill-Hillary.

Considering her connections to Cruz and her role as a major lobbyist, and the way she brought up Melania out of nowhere - "I think we should debate the first ladies" - that she was telegraphing to the Cruz Pac? I do without a doubt.
