Not in a lawsuit. The statement doesn’t have to be proven true, only that he wasn’t extremely reckless or malicious in his statement.

“Involved in corruption”, sorry, means nothing to the supporters of Mr. and Mrs. Bill. They mean business!

You just don’t understand how much the “little guy” admires Mrs. Bill, but I can’t explain their unusual level of devotion.

Maybe Trump didn’t care for Rick Lazio, who was a Pataki person, wasn’t he? Pataki is really anti-Trump.

I thought corruption was her profession

Nope, truth is not the deciding factor with public figures - extreme recklessness or malicious intent in making the false statement is required. If the statement is true then the case gets thrown out pretty quickly.

Please, Hillary, do sue! The quote from the Watergate counsel guy will start the defense ball rolling... We need another trial of the century.

The exact same thing - why pretend you don’t know the answer? Tried to get a Casino license in Mass. Trump Tower Chicago. It’s a bad tree, you should bark up something else.

Holy hell.

This woke me right up. No one is saying this. It kind of needs its own thread.

“The statement that he was corrupt in a corrupt system starts with the admission that he was corrupt. Lots of businessmen are out their doing well and making profits without buying off every corrupt politician in Washington”

I can tell by this comment that you haven’t been involved in any major development projects in states like New York, Florida, Nevada or California. You would know better than to make that statement. The corruption does not start with the developer, who would much rather play above board, it’s far cheaper. The corruption starts with the political system that requires pay to play up and down the local, state and political hierarchy for the plethora of permits and approvals that the various levels of government require before you can even begin putting pen to paper to cost it out.

This is our government’s system - not the wish of businessmen, who need to make a project pencil out. If you want to do business at any level above a storefront in a strip mall, you will pay off politicians at some level of government. It’s a nasty system.

Can’t because of freedom of “speech” which includes money. Maybe we should have death penalty for those leaving the office, that might be easier.... ;)

Hillary Clinton has been involved in corruption for most of her professional life!
— Donald J. Trump

HELLO! Can ANYONE deny now that this guy should be the nominee? WHAT politician would EVER say this? This guy is the real deal, and he’s just getting started on this b*tch. 30 plus years of the Clintons skirting the law is about to END.

How will he force them to build a wall?

Many easy ways. They make billions a year through money sent to Mexico from their loyal citizens here. Put some fees on it and we build the wall: they pay through their currency trade fees.

She sues she will end up in jail and she knows it. Trump will obliterate her with mountains of evidence which will make prosecutors look like incompetent fools
