You know _ I could almost read all of the words in the quote screen from the GIF the first time - as it buffered. But, once the GIF ran at full speed, it appears to be a subliminal message, as it blips on the screen and is gone in an instant.

The reporterette has a history of false accusations (and allegations). If she actually submitted a criminal complaint on this “incident”, she should be charged with making a false report.
