Looks to me like an older injury from being stuck with a solid object like a car door. To make a bruise like that with a bare hand would take tremendous force and there would be an audible slapping or punching sound. Maybe she has some medical condition where she bruises easily, but that would be a rare condition and she would have even more bruising than this.
Fair skinned people bruise easily, and it's easy to tell the age of the bruise by it's color. I thought it looked a bit brown to be as new as she claimed.
Of course she also claimed she was attacked, when in reality she was merely restrained as she suddenly rushed toward Trump.
