Fairly clear I’d say. Trump is more thin skinned than Barack Obama. And his supporters try very hard to protect that thin skin.
Trump’s performance stunk at times. He was the least knowledgeable man on the stage. His message seemed to be, “Don’t make me return to my life as a grifter. Vote for me, or else!”

I think a lot of us knew that the Drudge site was being hacked.

I could live with that. However I think the better role for Newt is Chief of Staff.

I studied US history and the Great Depression in high school and college I don’t think we even discussed Smoot-Hawley at all or trade either as a cause or influence of the GD. I received ‘A’s and that doesn’t ring any bells.
