If any judge Cruz goes in front of will try following the Constitution Ted Cruz will not be eligible to serve as president. The requirement is a natural-born citizen, which Cruz is not. He is a naturalized citizen and that's why his records are sealed.

Cruz and Rubio are the conservative and establishment Republican versions of obama.

All the same age, same level of life experience, same time on the job, same vulnerabilities, same eligibility and thus, the same purpose.

Please, God, heal our hearts and save US from US.

To be natural is to be unique and there could be no other alternative or explanation. From nature; not artificial or involving anything made or caused by people: Cotton is a natural fiber. He died of natural causes (= because he was old or ill). Floods and earthquakes are natural disasters. There is no alternative to natural and no other explanation. Even the Constitution of the United States or U.S. Law cannot change what is natural.
In Minor v. Happersett , 88 U.S. 162 (1875) the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court wrote the majority opinion, in which he stated: “The Constitution does not in words say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.” (NATURAL) “Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents.” (not natural because authorities are indicated)

Your comments reflect profoundly ignorance on your part, but I can see that the usual birthers have jumped into the fray to spread some more misinformation. Fortunately this sort of nonsense will never see the inside of a court.

There is a legitimate dispute of a legal fact about Cruz’s eligibility. Cruz should have sought to put this to bed long ago in federal court but he has avoided doing so and has resisted others’ attempts to do so.

Many think standing is an issue but any potential opposing candidate or even either party could show direct harm if Cruz were nominated and then DQ’d.

Others object that that would be “prospective” standing and invalid but I argue that this type of constitutional issue should be considered an exception to the normal standing requirements because waiting until he is sworn into office would be too late and irreversible harm would be done.

Ted Cruz. “I was born near the USA!” There was a song similar to it of “I was born IN the USA!”

Amazing how the red flag of sealed records doesn’t register with the same people who question Obama’s sealed records.

I’ve supported Ted Cruz since long before he announced he was even thinking about running. Ted Cruz is by far the MOST conservative man in the race. I also like Donald Trump. When Donald Trump started on the eligibility. I thought it was pur BS (though I still like Trump). Then some in FR started on the eligibility. I thought they were just part of the Birther thing.

But then my governor, considered to be the most conservative governor in the country came out publically and stated that Ted Cruz is not eligible. I suspect my governor would have endorsed Ted Cruz over anybody if he did not feel he was ineligible to be POTUS. Instead, he endorsed Donald Trump.

I think if there were a lawsuit against Cruz’ eligibility in this state, the governor would not assist Cruz in any way because he also feels Ted Cruz is not eligible.

Because of this, Donald Trump was exactly right about possible lawsuits from Hillary Clinton if Ted Cruz were to win the nomination. She’s the original birther. She’s the one that started it against Obama.

Personally, I would vote for Trump or Cruz in a heartbeat. But if there were a lawsuit, I just cannot know if Cruz’ name would be allowed on the ballot in my state during the general election.

I love most of what Ted Cruz stands for but we really cannot risk nominating a guy who could end up not allowed to run in one, two or three or more states nor should he be spending all his money and time fighting lawsuits when he should be focused on running against the Clinton machine.
