He's made two statements, so I'm curious which one you find disconcerting?
1. He's said they do good things.
2. He's said if they continue providing abortions they shouldn't receive federal funding.

Honestly, Cruz owes his position in this to Trump. That is not a knock on Cruz. If there were no Trump, Ted would have been completely ignored. A fate the mediots have delivered time after time, to other conservatives. So there is Trump, saying what he says, Cruz following up and adding more, and between the two of them, dominating the news cycles for weeks. Imagine Cruz saying what he's been saying, to a room full of who? With no media attention, there is nobody asking Cruz for the time of day...Cruz would have been gone by now without Trump. Trum and Cruz are complimentary, not adversary. Trump is what Ted is not, and Ted is what Trump is not. Trump/Cruz 2016 !!!
One thing is for sure. The many of the ones calling themselves conservatives are globalist libertarians and they have zero common sense.

My thoughts exactly, and I’m STILL furious at Cruz for putting his own ego ahead of our country. He could have had it ALL. Trump was even throwing out hints of a VP slot. And I bet Trump wouldn’t been out of there after one term, leaving Ted to finish restoring our Republic.
