In response I showed you a photo of a WALL between Mexico and Guatemala...
I do not know what you have a picture of but the boundary structure between Guatemala and Mexico is a double fence system that we were going to build in our desert not a WALL
Do a search for a WALL on Mexico's southern border and all you will turn up is a FENCE.
If I am wrong I will be the first to apologize. I looked for a walled structure a year or so ago and the only thing I could come up with was the fences that they had installed.
