Personally, I am not sure I want to endure another one of these things. I mean to me it's a political theater of the absurd. It certainly is not a bona fide "debate" - it is a Q&A session with the MSM moderators in the spotlight, holding all the cards, and calling all the shots. It's again the Right letting the Left run the Right's show. It is a wonder to me that the GOP candidates come to these things so meekly like sheep to the slaughter.
It is also a wonder to me that people like me keep watching these things. Feels a little like Lucy continually tempting Charlie Brown to kick the ball. It's the same result every time: just like Lucy pulling the ball away at the last second, this event provides nothing very substantive or new, no one has time to go into any depth on anything, and the network ends by congratulating themselves on what a wonderful job they did.
So why do they go to these things and why do we watch them? Well my excuse has been because of Trump - he injects a little liveliness into what would otherwise be deadly boring IMO. But I'm not sure even Trump can get me to keep watching these things.
I guess there's at least a couple of relatively new breaking stories that may be part of tonight's festivities, dunno.
One is Cruz's motion to dismiss an effort to get his NBC eligibility status resolved in federal court. Cruz's refusal to get this thing settled in federal court one way or the other does not look like good faith on his part to clear away obstacles that could DQ him later if he were nominated potentially handing the election to the socialists. That would be disastrous of course and I expect more from Cruz than this - seems like he's gambling with America's future.

Secondly is the late-breaking rumors about Rubio and a possible scandal or affair. Gee haven't had any of those yet this campaign so here we go.

Kasich is smearing GHWB with the failed 1986 immigration scam.
Kasich/Carson talking, time for a bathroom break...
Note to Jim R. and Team: Site seems to be running pretty fast under the pressure ... nice!
The WALL Did get Taller!
That’s how you negotiate, Boys!
Trump still fails to explain how he will make Mexico pay for the wall.
Over, it's over.
BAD move having Spanish speaker. That itself just got Trump 3 points, AND it’s a setup to make Rubio look tough.
Has everyone already voted for Trump on Drudge?
This debate is beginning to seem like a rerun. Too many of them.
What happened to poor old Ben?
Ping for later
So Trump Won with Hispanics in Nevada —
but there are no real Hispanics in Nevada according to the moderator...
Hugh Hewitt is openly biased and shouldn’t be a debate moderator.
Hewitt is an idiot.
I can’t figure out for the life of me why Cruz isn’t polling 60%.
Trump criticized Cruz for supporting Roberts, but if Trump had his way, John Kerry would have been making that appointment to the court instead.
One of the things that strikes me when these questions come up about what they’re going to do for Hispanics or for whatever other group, is why doesn’t one of these guys ask why we’re segregating Americans? Shouldn’t they be working for the American people? Not the hyphenated colonial Americans?
Ted relying on Harry Reid’s honest opinion!
Hilarious!
Ted is beyond disgusting constantly divining exactly what Trump will do as president. That’s become a major, but absurd campaign tactic of his recently. He sounds ridiculous to anyone listening closely.
If you don’t get why Trump is talking about Planned Parenthood, then you’re never going to get it.
