Thanks to liberals there really is no upside to men marrying anyone anymore in America. Many european countries have far better, less adversarial, far less less financially devastating and punitive, laws concerning marriage and divorce.
In America divorce is a racket and family courts rake in over 50 billion dollars a year.
That’s a lot of words to say that the author wants an absolute abortion license, subsidized health care, subsidized day care, and a government rigged pay scale to boost her earnings. Did I miss anything?

One would hope that single women might see the merits of our once free and prosperous society and not view our “white male created” culture as evil,,, but we’re losing that battle, and in no small part because big government subsidizes fatherless homes along with other gender specific assistance. The government is now doing for us the same thing it did for black families,,, dissolving them and relegating them to a life of dependence.
Just wait until Obama has every business with 100 or more employees reporting all of their salary data, broken down by race AND gender.
I hate to say it you might have a point, the damn laws regarding divorce and kids are all mostly against men, and I have buddies to told me the hell they had to go through their time came, and they all said the same thing afterwards, NEVER AGAIN.
Consider this: she has removed herself out of the gene pool and so her beliefs and opinions die with her.
Silly idiot women. They wait until they’re in their 30’s to try to have a marriage and a family when they’re simply ruined for trying to make such a change of life.
How will this idiot in the story flip her life around from being 100% self-focused to being 100% focused on the needs of a husband and a family?
It’s hard enough to get used to when you’re young, I can’t imagine trying to do it after 15 years of being a career minded adult.
So, what she is saying that single women want the government to support them and their children because they cannnot support themselves and their families without a husband. And, she thinks that’s exciting.
As a divorced mother who did support and rear 3 children alone (without government assistance), I’m not happy to be supporting her exciting life, but I have been for decades.
What I only had to time to skim through could be the longest, windiest rationalization I’ve ever read.
