Not really. Any idiot can get a ‘C’ in those classes these days. “Cs get degrees!”, is the mantra.

Engineering interviews need to be more in depth since colleges are lying about the knowledge of their graduates. Hand candidates a whiteboard marker and say, “Solve the following equation.” Most engineering graduates cannot solve a basic Kirchoff’s law circuit equation.
