Until and unless courts issue a definitive ruling on what natural born citizen means within the context of the presidency, we have to assume that these guys are eligible to run for president.
Hussein Soetoro was safe because he was a RAT. Rubio, if nominated, would only be safe until the general election. Then the RATs would take him out in court.
In my opinion, neither are eligible. Rubio is a naturalized citizen but not a natural born citizen. There’s a difference.
No whys, ifs, or buts. Blacks were not considered humans in the 1700s, traded around like property until the mid 1800s, and not allowed to vote until the mid 1900s. Those are the facts.
The civil war victory, lead by Republicans, gave them the freedom. Again, a hundred years later, the democrats had to be defeated for them to get their voting rights.

Jackson was born in 1767. He was born before the Constitution was written and that generation was grandfathered in.

After the American revolution, all inhabitants, be they German or British or French, dropped whatever Citizenship they were born with and became American Citizens.
Going forward, these newly minted US Citizens had babies, who if born on US soil, became natural born Citizens!
