Islam is a bad religion, but there are nevertheless good Muslims. The problem is that the most reliable ways of sorting out good from bad Muslims show that there is a dangerously large proportion of bad Muslims.
In that case the "good Muslims" are really "cultural Muslims", they don't really believe, but go along with customs, just like "Cultural Jews."
There are no civilized moozlums. They are destroyers and subjugators. Your “good” moozlums are biding their time until they murder you and your family. Don’t be naive.
That sounds costly and cumbersome.

Correct, with the qualification that since Muslim culture is pretty dismal, our definition of good Muslims would have them mostly secular and rejecting Sharia law and such Muslim cultural practices like cousin marriage, polygamy, female genital mutilation, and honor killings.
An example of the first category is the late Prof. Fouad Ajami of Johns Hopkins, a Lebanese immigrant of Persian Shiite origin. Most notably, after initially criticizing Huntington's "clash of civilizations" thesis, Ajami, before his death, acknowledged publicly that Huntington was mostly correct. Ajami's works remain essential to understanding Islam and the Middle East.
Similarly, I count Egypt's President Sisi as among the ranks of "good Muslims" for his denunciation of Islamic terrorism, advocacy of a Islamic reformation and for coexistence with non-Muslims, for keeping the peace with Israel, and for rebuilding Coptic churches destroyed by Islamic mobs. Given time, Sisi may help to divert Islam from terrorism and conquest.
I suspect that two key sources of Muslim terrorism are to be found in Islam's treatment of women and its high rate of physical and sexual abuse of children. In essence, through dismal cultural beliefs and practices, traditional Muslim culture create a large pool of angry, dysfunctional males who are estranged from women and who are ripe for recruitment into crime and terrorism.
Although often isolated by choice, Muslims in Europe and the US are nevertheless subject to laws and cultural teachings that elevate the status of women and seek to root out child abuse. In addition to guns and security checkpoints and drones, to defeat Islamic terrorism may well require that we more vigorously do what we ought to be doing anyway: make sure that Muslim women are educated and treated properly and that Muslim children are protected against abuse.
Notably, none of that precludes use from waging war to the utmost against Muslim terrorism and from barring fresh Muslim immigration and most Muslim visitors. Nor does it prohibit us from telling the Muslim world that terror attacks on the US or its allies will be responded to with great severity. In sum, even in acknowledging that there are good Muslims, I am quite willing to rain devastation upon those countries and persons who foster or assist terrorism.
An all Muslim town...they move in and make the infidels move out so they can have their own town?

I heard the name - the implication from the post I responded to was she was Iranian.
You would be better off learning what part she plays in the destruction of the US.
I did not say I was unaware of her - I just scoffed at the idea she is an Iranian agent just because he grew up in Iran. It can easily be said she is bad because she is a liberal and liberals hate America. No need for Manchurian Candidate theories.
