Trump is not a good business man? So if he was better maybe he would be a trillionaire instead of a mere billionaire!
Since when is filing for bankruptcy a problem? Just about every successful business has done it one time or another. Maybe that is what this country has to do to get out of the mess we are in. Possibly write off all the debt we owe to China!
Hells bells, Cruz couldn’t even remember loans he took out and you think he is better than Trump? Insane!
You are over-thinking this. In our system, unless corrupted, it is NOT possible for any such scenario to play out. This is not a matter for the Courts, and the Courts would refuse to take the case for any one of several slam-dunk reasons. The first and most obvious is that there is no law, no statute, no rule being broke or circumvented. Therefore there is nothing for a court to adjudicate.
Cruz' wife advises wealthy people on their private finances in HOUSTON. She may have a title of "Director", but that title in the financial world are a dime a dozen. She does not work on Wall Street.
Correction:
Cruz failed to fill out multiple tax forms designed to capture these things.
He did not have expensive personal accountants like Trump.
Trump is rich enough to ignore all laws and hire armies of lawyers to seize our property if he wants it for free.
Cruz would simplify taxes and abolish the IRS.
The tax code is an important point of leverage for rich men like Trump.
None of our Founding Fathers were born in the US.
The guy had household income of $2m and his wife is a junior domo at Goldman and they don't have flunkies?
Few links. Educate yourself, please.
No court will take this case.
1. Nothing to adjudicate. There must be a justiciable dispute: “The parties must not be seeking an advisory opinion.”
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justiciability
2. No standing: A party to a suit must have suffered actual injury. Where’s the injury?
3. Political Question: “The suit must not be seeking judgment upon a political question.”
It is organic to a nation state to set it's boundaries and decide who is a citizen. The nations do this through the enactment of laws.
In general, Israel's nationality follows jus sanguinis and follows the parents (not the only means of citizenship). In the US, the 14th amendment establishes jus soli as one of the means of citizenship. So how is one naturally born a citizen in two countries? Easy, qualify for both.
For example, a US soldier travels overseas and meets the love of his life a Jewish girl who was born and raised in Israel. They then make a life for themselves in the US and after a few years, the child is born. That child is equally a US citizen and an Israeli citizen. Further, they are an NBC for both countries.
Happens all the time. In fact, one of my Army buds is in this exact situation. He is an NBC of the US, she is an NBC of Israel and until his son turns 18 and decides for himself which citizenship he wishes to renounce, will be a NBC citizen of both countries.
Again with the ad hominem.
Trump has NO IDEA how many loans he has outstanding or how much money they involve. He would have to ask his minions. Cruz not only remembered his loans, he reported them. Unfortunately he did not report them everywhere the government expected him to. It was not the loans that were overlooked it was one more government regulation that was overlooked.
Times story with documents they found in this PDF
News is there is a witness who says she was there when Rafael Millhouse’s Mom RENOUNCED HER US CITIZENSHIP.
Can you point out to me which of these stories in your link contains the information about Cruz’ mother’s citizenship? I can’t find it. Thanks.
Maybe the Founding Fathers REFUSED to define Natural Born Citizen for a reason. Maybe a POTUS's policies are infinitely more important than the unsubstantiated views of those who simply cannot get over Obozo getting away with violating what they imagine or fantasize the constitution to mean. Rubio's parents were not known to be citizens when he was born. Maybe Bobby Jindal's parents likewise. Does anyone know who Ben Carson's dad was? What if his mother does not know? Trump's mother was born in Scotland as a British citizen apparently and may not have naturalized before he was born, in which case TRUMP!!! was also a Brit citizen, etc., etc., etc. Can we concentrate on beating the Demonrats now and electing a candidate best suited to revive the Republic? Haven't the Demonrats given us enough REAL ISSUES to beat them with?
If TRUMP cannot see himself nominated without disqualifying the field, maybe he should go back to his lifelong profession of bribing leftist NY and Chicago and Atlantic City politicians for favors rendered to his businesses?
Because we all know a person’s father must be a citizen to confer birthright citizenship, right?
The fact that this is contrary to federal law is only of minor concern.
Thank you for putting a stake through the heart of that zombie-like specious misunderstanding. But take my word for it, it’s still not dead. these folks are tied to their strange notions with the grip of rigor mortis.
The Constitution is silent about “running for President”, “being nominated”, etc.
No Constitutional issues are raised until the Special Joint Session of Congress prescribed in Article II and Amendment XII opens the electoral vote submissions and starts counting them.
Until then, it’s up to each individual State Legislature to deal with it.

At no time would a person born to an alien father in a foreign land be considered a natural-born citizen of the United States.
