We lost a good man and a brilliant legal mind today. RIP, Justice Scalia.
Oh my God.. prayers for his family and for his eternal soul.
And prayers for the United States.
May God help us.
I am not an expert.
There must be a way to stop Obama.
the United States is under attack.
Why can’t the commie bastards on the court die when one of ours in the WH?
We have GOT to get a constitutional conservative in the WH to replace the old leftist crones that are sure to be gone in the next four years.
WHATEVER CRAP THEY LEGISLATE FROM THE BENCH AFTER THE HIGH-FIVING COMMIE RAT BASTARD IN THE WH APPOINTS ANOTHER LEFTISTS, REMEMBER...
IT IS OUR PATRIOTIC DUTY TO DISOBEY BAD LAW, ESP BAD LAW LEGISLATED FROM THE BENCH.
Let’s make sure they don’t bury him at sea before a full autopsy. I wouldn’t put it past the fascists in power to have had him assassinated so that they could tilt the court.
We are really screwed now.
Arcancide ?
Newscasters were saying Congress normally do not filibuster SC nominees, it was just not tradition.
I say BS, we need to start campaign now to get the GOP a$$wipes on board to stop any one that ObucketOcrap puts forward
Confiscate Obama’s pen and phone.
RIP. He was a great man and won’t be forgotten. This country owes him a lot.
Condolences to his family on their loss. My dad died unexpectedly at 79 also, less than 4 years ago. It is too young, and hard because you can’t say goodbye, but at least he had no disabilities and was a strong and vital man until the end. This is how he would have wanted to be remembered, and ultimately the family will be less unhappy that he went this way.
On a political note: the Republicans in the Senate had BETTER do nothing with any nominated replacement. Obama CANNOT be allowed to swing the balance in the Court!
Here is a Google Maps link to the Cibolo Creek Ranch, TX where Justice Scalia passed away.

NO ONE PERSON SHOULD HOLD THIS MUCH POWER OVER 300,000,000 PEOPLE.
NO. ONE !!!
We must reduce the power of the Supreme Court.
One idea: Every state governor nominates a justice. It can be any one citizen (judge) from anywhere in the country. It would be approved by the state legislature. At the same time, a “back up” nominee would be approved so we would not have a long-term vacancy ever on the court.
They would serve 15 yrs and done.
Yeah, it would be political, but it is now.
This is CRAZY.
I met him although I did not know it was him at the time. I was 19~20ish and going to see him lecture. I didn't know what he looked like.
Anyhow I ended up talking to this guy for a couple of minutes about being a student and if we thought the speaker would be any good as I was excited to see him and knew lots about him.
I remember being puzzled when I said goodbye and he smiled and said see you soon. Boy was I shocked when he came on stage. Then he delivered a great lecture.
Every lawyer in Western Washington was there. I remember one women asking - "Justice Scalia if you could have been there at the founding and added anything to the constitution what would it have been?" Scalia didn't miss a beat - "Just some words at the end - 'And we mean what we say'"
May God welcome you home Antonie Scalia. we will miss you, your sense of humor, your love of liberty, your fight to protect the constitution.
Things just got way harder and we need to examine this system that is going to go pear shaped because we lost a justice.
Supreme Court has way to much power
From a local El Paso TV station...
EL PASO — An El Paso source close to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia tells ABC-7 that the 79-year-old died in his sleep last night after a day of quail hunting at Cibolo Creek Ranch outside of Marfa, Texas.
The Justice did not report feeling ill and retired to his room after dinner. The source, who was traveling with Scalia, told ABC-7 a priest was summoned to administer last rites.
El Paso Catholic Diocese Spokeswoman Elizabeth O’Hara tells ABC-7 Catholic Priest Mike Alcuino, in Presidio, was called to the ranch, where he administered Justice Scalia’s last rites Saturday afternoon...
EL PASO -
UPDATE: U.S. Marshals, along with DPS officials are escorting the body of late Justice Antonin Scalia to Sunset Funeral Home. The funeral home was selected by his family, according to the funeral director there. He tells us Scalia will be there until tomorrow while they prepare and embalm the body.
ABC-7 has confirmed the body of the late Justice Antonin Scalia will be delivered to Sunset Funeral Home in northeast El Paso sometime early Sunday morning. It will then be prepared for the trip back to Washington. The body will be driven, not flown, from Marfa, Texas.
May his soul rest with the Father and Son. This man was the greatest Supreme Court judge of the last 50 years.
Cause of death still unknown.
I’m not a conspiracy theory but you can’t put this past the loathsome left.
