I love Rush but here he is FOS as the only candidate that talks directly to the people speaking like the people and speaking over the media is Trump.

Cruz is more acerbic. Reagan had the optimism and that halo covered a middling politics.

Trump is trying to do optimism but his grouchy tweets tend to put a damper on this.

The problem with some posters is their inability to distinguish between ALL and SOME.

Just because Rush supports SOME of a person’s policies does not mean that he supports ALL of their policies.

Just because Rush defends you on ONE issue does not mean that he agrees with EVERYTHING you stand for.

I was listening to SiriusXM on the way home last night and they had Scottie Hughes on with the host. Scottie now works for Trump but worked for Cruz during his senate run. She says Cruz has changed, and not in a good way, on this campaign.

Both the host and Scottie also said that Trump has been the nicest person to those behind the scenes while Cruz and others fall short in that regard.

Even people who didn’t agree with Reagan liked the man. With Cruz it’s the opposite, even people who might agree with him find him unlikable.
