It’s on: New Cruz ad ridicules Trump as fake Republican

What Trump and his attorneys do or do not have to say are not relevant except when they accurately reflect the law which says Ted Cruz is a naturalized U.S. citizen and is therefore not a natural born citizen and not eligible to lawfully serve as POTUS.

“Two former top Justice Department lawyers say there is “no question” Ted Cruz is eligible for the presidency, in a new Harvard Law Review article that seeks to put to rest any doubt about the Texas Republican.”

Those two attorneys lied through their teeth and deserve to be disbarred for doing so. All a person has to do to discover this truth for themselves is to read what they wrote and take notice of how they made demonstrably false assertions of fact and then used circular reasoning to say because they were government attorneys everyone must take their word that their assertions can only be true. This is very much like saying because Barack Hussein Obama is supposed to be a former Constitutional attorney-at-law from HARVARD law school everything he says about the law must also be true as well, despite the fact he lost his license ot practice law. What it comes down to is the article written by these two lawyers is worth nothing more than evidence of their committing a fraud upon the U.S. citizen voters.

““Despite the happenstance of a birth across the border, there is no question that Senator Cruz has been a citizen from birth and is thus a ‘natural born citizen’ within the meaning of the Constitution,” write Neal Katyal and Paul Clement in an article published March 11. “There are plenty of serious issues to debate in the upcoming presidential election cycle. The less time spent dealing with specious objections to candidate eligibility, the better.””

All of which is the continued attempt to commit a fraud and deflect investigations, trial, and punishment for their commission.

Using Trump as an excuse for denying the ineligibility of Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, and the other ineligible candidates is just more denial of the plainly written words which demonstrate there is no possible way in which these persons can be natural born citizens. The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Acts granted these people U.S. citizenship at birth by the authority of a naturalization law that cannot possibly grant citizenship to a natural born citizen.
