“Trump is completely mortgaged to real Wall Street fat cats. “

I’m curious how many streets have banks that loan out 50 million or more?

“Trump left AC, remember?”

Oh yeah, how could I forget:

Lawsuit claims fraud in failed Trump Marina casino sale

ATLANTIC CITY - Leaky windows. Broken air-conditioning. Missing kitchen equipment. A weather-beaten building.

Things supposedly were so bad that pans and plants were placed underneath the windows to catch the dripping water.

What sounds like a fleabag motel actually is the Trump Marina Hotel Casino, according to a company that is engaged in a legal battle with Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. after a $270 million deal for the gaming hall fell apart.

Coastal Marina LLC, a New York gaming company that tried to buy Trump Marina, claims that Trump Entertainment deliberately allowed the property to fall into disrepair and diverted customers to its two other casinos after it appeared the sale would go through last year.

However, the deal collapsed in early June, prompting Coastal and Trump Entertainment to blame each other for failing to live up to the terms. In the latest salvo, Coastal filed a lawsuit in U.S. Bankruptcy Court late Tuesday accusing Trump of fraud and breach of contract.

Trump Entertainment denied the allegations, claiming they were a last-ditch effort by Coastal to try to recover a $17 million down payment on the casino.

“This is nothing more than what I think is buyer’s remorse,” said Mark Juliano, Trump Entertainment chief executive officer. “All of the accusations are totally untrue.”

Coastal had planned to rebrand Trump Marina into a Margaritaville-themed casino in partnership with singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett. Originally, Coastal agreed to buy the casino for $316 million, but Trump later lowered the price to $270 million in an attempt to salvage the deal.

According to Coastal’s suit, Trump Entertainment stripped the casino of its valuable customers and failed to make promised repairs that were crucial in securing the financing for the sale. Coastal estimates the casino needs $50 million in upgrades.

Among the alleged problems, Trump Marina suffers from weather damage to the casino’s Crystal Tower. It also has missing kitchen equipment and broken air-conditioning units that have left guest rooms hot and unrentable. Further, it is plagued by a leaky roof, windows and skylights, the suit claims.

“Indeed, rather than repair the roof and skylights, Trump Marina resorted to using drip pans and placing plants underneath the leaks,” the suit says.

Juliano denied the allegations, saying the casino has always been kept up to high standards. Trump Entertainment also issued a statement saying that it consistently met or exceeded its commitments to Coastal Marina, including capital expenditures and money for casino promotions to draw customers to Trump Marina.

“The idea that we diverted customers is totally untrue,” Juliano said. “We did the opposite by directing customers back to the Marina in order to maintain it.”

The suit demands repayment of $17 million in deposits paid by Coastal as well as other damages stemming from Trump Entertainment’s alleged misconduct. Juliano said the $17 million down payment is nonfundable.

The suit comes just days before Trump Entertainment is expected to decide whether to accept a bankruptcy buyout from former chairman Donald Trump or its corporate bondholders. A bankruptcy judge has set Monday as the deadline for the company to make its choice. Juliano denied that Coastal’s suit will complicate the buyout.

“This is a completely separate issue,” he said.

Trump Marina’s sale was once seen as crucial for the company’s financial restructuring under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Proceeds from the deal were supposed to be used to help ease Trump Entertainment’s suffocating $1.7 billion debt.

As if Trump was part of this epic D.C. con job which put America into a death spiral of decline. Nice try, but no sale.

I’d like to see Trump become president. I think we need him.

Trump himself isn’t opposed to using some very colorful people to do a specific job. He’s said such himself at one of his rallys...can’t remember for sure, but it may have been Iowa and possibly NH, too. But in any event, he’s talked more than once about putting a certain person in charge of negotiations, and a second name too but I didn’t catch it because he said it so fast. He said that a certain person was an awesome negotiator even if he wasn’t a very nice person.

You all can listen to the rallys yourselves and learn these things.

But quite frankly, if God himself used the devil or any other nefarious personage to accomplish his goals, people would criticise that too, and in fact, they do. God is perfect and that’s not good enough for some of these quacks.

Trump is a MAN. That means ..he’s fallen..just like everybody else. ALL people contain the seeds for untold evil, non excepted.

But the big difference is that Trump isn’t trying to hide who he is and what he’s willing to do. He’s not hiding behind a false mask of religion like some candidates are. He’s not out there lying about his past like some other lady we know who’s been FIRED from jobs for being less than desirable, and who is now surrounded by controversy.

Trump HIMSELF has said he’s financially supported people as a business man, ie reference to the smiling faces of Hildabeast and Billary as they look adoringly at Trump with giant dollar signs in their eyes. He never hid that, or even the WhY of it. Yes, he’s used the system to purchase influence. If folks bothered to listen to him rather than fix on his hair, they might learn that he’s not kept these things hidden.

Therefore, anything that people try to dig out of the trash and present as an “Ahh-HAAA!”, are wasting their time. The cat’s been out of the bag for quite some time.

He’s posted his stuff on his website. Go take a listen!

Fraud? Sure you don’t know the meaning of the word.
As a side note every election candidates send these out, most people don’t get hysterical they just throw them away.

And was repaid?

Well sure, Goldman Sachs Managing Director Heidi and hubby Ted are totally above board and legitimate. There is nothing to see here.

But Sater’s past was not widely known at the time because he was working as a government cooperator on mob cases and the judge overseeing Sater’s own case kept the proceedings secret.

I do know the meaning of fraud. I didn’t SAY Cruz committed fraud. I said he used a letter headed “vote fraud” to scare people into voting for him. Not a new trick, not a dirty trick per se. Hardly befitting St. Ted, though, right?

I understand most people just throw them away. My point is if you’re going to run a campaign as the “holy” guy who wants people to (in his words) “put on the full armor of God” then I don’t think part of that armor suit is dirty tricks like this.

You do know, that, in addition to owing Goldman hundreds of millions, Trump is a major stockholder of Goldman, right?

Heidi was relegated to Houston, where she was in the energy sector.

So repeating a lie is not lying. Got it.

It would have taken one phone call, even a courtesy, to Carson’s camp to ask if this was true, but St. Ted couldn’t be bothered.

I am not a Carson supporter, and I would vote for Cruz. But stuff like this means I’d have to hold my nose, and I really don’t want to have to do that.

A couple months ago I saw the son of one of the “big bosses” being interviewed on Cavuto. He pretty much came out and said they could take care of the ISIS problem. I don’t know if it was a Bonnano, Gotti, whatever... one of them. He was rough. Cavuto had to warn him about the FCC, language, etc. Anyhow, I almost believed the guy — that they could handle the job.

“As if Trump was part of this epic D.C. con job which put America into a death spiral of decline. Nice try, but no sale.”
...never even remotely said that.

I have never called trump or cruise a crook. I will vote for either in the general. I am curious how many banks do you think loan out that kind of money (hence trump dealing with wall st banks)and do you believe they don’t have a presence on wall st. In using the word “you” I mean those who think his loans disqualify trump. Until trump is defeated in the primary process he will have my vote. At that time who ever beats him will.
