Sure is. You disagree with their reasons for whom they support, therefore they must be defective in some way. I.E. “They don’t care about my facts.”
Casting aspersions on the motives of people with whom you disagree with is not the most effective way of influencing them to your way of thinking. But maybe I’m giving you too much credit when I make the assumption you actually want to convert people to your candidate?
