I've never read any of his garbage fictional books or watched any of his stupid shows. I prefer entertainment of more substance.

Based on what I have seen of his moral character, he's pure trash as far as I am concerned.

And I doubt seriously you are better read than me, after that inferred insult towards me watching reality television.

Maybe a few more graphics of his wrestling participation might be a pertinent reminder of what Mr. Trump is all about.

I’m disappointed. He wants Cruz and he’s willing to overlook his sleaziness. I can’t get past that greasy, nasal thing he has going on.

Boy, she hit a nerve.

He doesn’t write fiction - he writes autobiographical books filled with interesting insights into business and the New York way. I was amused at his insights into Ed Koch - a man I voted for 3 times, lol. He’s far from trash and his marital history is no worse than Rush’s whom I admire despite our difference over Cruz. He raised five very decent kids - unlike Hillary who couldn’t manage to raise one kid who could keep a job.

I never watched his show but someone close to me who did thought Trump came across as very human and decent. His employees at Trump Tower adore him, btw. Black, Hispanic, white, you name it, they want everyone to vote for him.

Trump paid the Central Park Jogger’s hospital/rehabilitation bills (along with Frank Sinatra), he helped a widow out with her farm and he’s given generously to veteran organizaitons over the years. No one was tougher on crime during the Koch/Dinkins administration than Trump although he held no elective office.

Ted Cruz cannot hold a candle to him in terms of generosity, humor, drive or savvy. He’s nothing but a sleazy lawyer on the make. And deeply unattractive as well. Trump is 69 and at least was once a good-looking young man.

Didn't know looks were a pre-requistie for being POTUS.

Guess I missed that day at Civics class.

There’s a reason Bloomberg won’t be president. He’s too short. All of our modern-day presidents are tall. Odd but true. Sadly, many women voted for Clinton because they thought he was “cute.” Same with JFK.

Cruz is one weird-looking guy. If I had to look at that puss and listen to that nasal, buzz saw of a voice, I really would move to England if I could afford it! Happily, I don’t think he’ll make it.

Interesting how you ignored all my other points and focused on this.

“I still think Snerdley is pro-Trump.”

Agree. One small thing Rush said to him Tuesday (I think) made me think that immediately. He was talking to Snerdley and said something like, “I know you’re not happy this morning.” I inferred that Snerdley had wanted Trump to win.

“As far as I know, not one Iowa voter has complained.”

So that makes cheating OK?

“I am more disappointed in Rush, I have truly trusted him as standing for what is right,...”

Me, too — disappointed in Rush. I stopped listening when he did a verbal, sarcastic, dismissive beat-down on a pro-Trump lady on Tuesday.

This thread is interesting in that it proves a point Rush has been making for years. The libs accuse him of telling his listeners how and what to think — “mind-numbed robots”. Like he has some Svengali-like spell over his entire audience. He said, no; his listeners have their own independent ideas before they ever tune in and they listen because HE agrees with THEM.

Now many of us, myself included, are disappointed because we think he’s wrong. The libs would be surprised, as they believe that all Rush listeners from the beginning of time go zombie and blindly follow him. This proves them wrong.

Well, if women are voting for Prez because they think he’s cute, they should be all over the Trump campaign to get that family in the WH.

My daughters refer to the cute one when talking about Trump’s boys. Thing is they say this whichever one they’re talking about, either cute dark-haired or cute blonde.

“The elections have been corrupted by Democrats, we all know that.”

Yes. And with several proven and blatant incidences of Democrat cheating over the years, we’ve begged one of our candidates or politicians to FIGHT BACK. Nope. Never happened. Not once. It’s more important that they be liked.

So cheating happens this month. A candidate fights back. And he’s “whining”. Talk about double standards.

I tuned Rush out when he kept carrying the water for W Bush when he was wrong. He would never admit when W was wrong about anything and always searching for excuses.

All the worship of Karl Rove made me sick too.

Rush will always be the Godfather, but he is getting out of touch.

I hope Rush is able to turn it around, and embrace the Tea Party and not the Establishment/Globalist candidates and politicians like Rubio, Romney, Bush, Rove, etc... It makes me want to vomit everytime I hear it.

Freepers Rubio, Romney, Bush and Rove are NOT CONSERVATIVES. They believe in Big Government.

It’s the same reason why the Republicans who control both houses have for the most part pushing the Obama agenda forward instead of blocking it.

“I think it is hilarious that Bernie Sanders is shocked that Hillary Clinton rigged the Iowa primary.”

Even more amazing is that Trump seemed surprised to learn first-hand that cheating happens during elections. When he says he’s “not a politician”, he means it. All politicians know that cheating happens. Usually it’s by the Democrats, but anomalies happen.

Yes. In the past he has always said he doesn’t “take sides” until after the Primaries. This year is different. Rubio must have the goods on him. Court docs.. whatever.

Lol, that's a great response. And most of them won't have a clue what is meant by that.

You’re right, Miss M.

As far as I know, DJT has never written a fiction book. They’re basically business documentaries and how-tos — inspiring, humorous, intelligent and logical.

I’ve never seen his show but have heard that he treated everyone with equal respect. I guess Catfish mentioned wrestling. I know nothing about wrestling. (Was he a wrestler or something?)

With the hundreds of thousands of employees Trump has had over the years, you’d think the internet and airwaves would be teeming with disgruntled hacks. Not happening (although I’m sure a certain sleazy lawyer isn’t above hiring a few actors if necessary).

His children are beyond decent.
