Trump erred in skipping the debate.
He and Cruz are being laughed at by the GOPe for killing each other off. Doing the RINO’s work for them.
They should have stuck with the truce. Rubio never would have moved up.
Cruz won in the largest turnout in history in IOWA
Trump and Rubio practically tied for second place.. which isn’t the winner... they are runners up.
Rubio just beat the expectations game. He is now the establishment lane.
Cruz and Trump need to stay positive. Sell themselves don’t attack others. Positive messages always do better in the end.
Cruz and Trump are not fighting for the same crowd. It is not an even split.
While I concur with most of your statement there is considerable overlap of votes between Cruz and Trump and to a lesser degree Trump and Rubio.
The winner between Cruz and trump has to be able to hold most of the other’s supporters to win the nomination. Otherwise Rubio will take the nomination as we know he will get the supporters of Jeb!, Kasich, Christie, Fiorina. Cruz should get most of the voters of Carson, Santorium, and Huckabee.
The establishment state party organizations will work to help Rubio in most states. That makes it an uphill climb but a doable one.
Republicans doing what they do best - ripping each other to shreds instead of attacking the opposing party & its collectivistic ideology.
Does Rubio now have the stamina that Cruz has already demonstrated? We shall see.
